This includes, but is not limited to, data regarding racial or ethnic origin, political opinions, cults, religious or philosophical beliefs, sexual behavior, criminal records, health data, disabilities, trade union information, genetic data, biometric data, or any other data similarly affecting the data subject as stipulated by the Personal Data Protection Committee.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Data Controller<\/strong> means the person or entity vested with the authority and responsibility to determine the collection, use, or disclosure of personal data.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Data Processor<\/strong> means the person or entity that carries out operations related to the collection, use, or disclosure of personal data as instructed by, or on behalf of, a Data Controller.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Data Processing<\/strong> refers to any operation or set of operations performed on personal data or sets of personal data, whether or not by automated means, such as collection, recording, organization, structuring, storage, alteration or adaptation, retrieval, consultation, use, disclosure by transmission, dissemination, or otherwise making available.<\/p>\n<h3>2.
