Participants can engage in the Top Spender and Lucky Fan activities from July 1, 2026, to August 31, 2026.
Activity Eligibility and Participation Criteria
1. Eligible Purchases: To participate, consumers must purchase products under the CAT n joy and/or DOG n joy brands through any of the following authorized channels:All Modern Trade outlets, Pet Shops, Official Online Shop and Pet Expo Championship 2026: Booth SP04, Halls 6–8, Queen Sirikit National Convention Center (QSNCC), strictly from July 30, 2026, to August 2, 2026.
2. Point Accumulation: Every net purchase of 299 THB (calculated after deducting all discounts, and excluding non-eligible items) earns one (1) entry right (1 Point).There is no maximum limit on the purchase amount per receipt.Example: A receipt with an eligible net total of 750 THB will be awarded two (2) entry rights (2 Points). Receipts must exclusively feature CAT n joy and/or DOG n joy products to qualify.
3. Registration: Participants must register for the campaign and upload their valid receipts via the official Microsite: https://catdognjoy.com/.
Participant Categories and Prize Allocations
– Category A: General Public
1. Top Spenders: The top five (5) participants who accumulate the highest purchase volume and successfully upload their receipts in accordance with the specified terms within the Campaign Period will each receive one (1)-quarter Baht-weight gold bar. Total allocation: 5 prizes.
2. Winners: Twenty (20) randomly selected winners who fulfill the purchase and upload criteria within the Campaign Period will receive premium pet supplies alongside CAT n joy or DOG n joy products. Total allocation: 20 prizes, distributed as follows:
– Canine Tier: Ten (10) prizes, each consisting of one (1) Pando Pet Stroller and selected DOG n joy products.

General Campaign Terms and Conditions
Limitation of Prizes : Participation is limited to one (1) prize per unique individual across the entire Campaign Period.
Campaign Duration : The campaign commences on July 1, 2026, at 10:00 THA and concludes on August 31, 2026, at 18:00 THA.
Calculation Exclusions : Purchase calculations will solely encompass the net price of CAT n joy and DOG n joy products. Ancillary fees, including but not limited to shipping and delivery handling charges, are strictly excluded.
Online Order Specifications : For online transactions, Cash on Delivery (COD) payment methods are strictly ineligible. Only orders verified with a “Delivered Successfully” status from official online stores or authorized distributors within the Campaign Period will be counted.
Receipt Verification : Receipts originating from physical Pet Shops or Modern Trade outlets must be generated via an electronic Point of Sale (POS) system or cash register. The receipt must clearly display the retailer’s name, transaction date, line items, receipt/order number, and total net paid amount. Handwritten receipts will be rejected without exception.
Disqualification : Failure to satisfy any of the rules, procedures, or conditions herein will result in immediate disqualification. All decisions made by the judging committee of CAT n joy and DOG n joy shall be final, binding, and non-appealable.

Winner Selection & Announcement : The judging committee will execute the verification and lucky draw processes at the headquarters of Pet Focus Company Limited. The official announcement of the 5 General Top Spenders, 20 Fan Club Top Spenders, 20 General Lucky Fans, and 20 Fan Club Lucky Fans will take place on September 8, 2026, at 13:00 THA on the official CAT n joy and DOG n joy Facebook pages.
Consent to Disclosure : Winners will be announced using the legal First Name and Last Name provided during registration. By participating, all entrants expressly grant the Company consent to publicly disclose their names for winner announcement purposes.
Exclusion of Internal Personnel : Employees, contractors, and immediate family members of Pet Focus Company Limited and any affiliated advertising or executing agencies associated with this campaign are strictly ineligible to participate or receive prizes.

Prize Claiming Conditions and Legal Disclaimers
1. Prize Confirmation Protocol : Verified winners must confirm their identity and claim their prize via the designated Google Form posted on the official Facebook Pages of CAT n joy or DOG n joy. The confirmation window opens on September 10, 2026, at 13:00 THA and closes strictly on September 12, 2026, at 17:00 THA. Winners must submit their full legal name and phone number. Failure to complete confirmation within this timeframe will constitute an unconditional forfeiture of the prize.
2. Identity Verification : On the day of the event, winners must present a valid Royal Thai National Identification Card or Passport.
The name appearing on the identification document must match the name registered in the campaign system exactly.
3. Non-Transferability : Prizes are strictly non-transferable, non-resalable, and cannot be exchanged or redeemed for cash, credit, or alternative items. Winners shall have no right to demand financial compensation from CAT n joy, DOG n joy, or the Organizer for any discrepancies in perceived prize value caused by market fluctuations.

7. Data Protection and Privacy Consent : Participants and winners explicitly consent to the collection, use, processing, and disclosure of their personal data (including names, telephone numbers, social media handles, photographs, moving images/video recordings, and other related metrics) by CAT n joy and DOG n joy. This data processing is strictly for administrative execution, verification, winner contact, prize delivery, tax documentation, and public relations across online and offline media channels, in full compliance with the Campaign Privacy Notice and applicable data protection laws.
8. Right to Modify : CAT n joy and DOG n joy reserve the right to amend, modify, suspend, cancel, or postpone the campaign, prize conditions, event schedules, venues, and/or distribution methods as deemed necessary and appropriate, within the boundaries permitted by law.
9. Audit Rights and Disqualification for Cause : The Organizer reserves the right to audit the qualifications, profiles, and documentation of any winner. If a participant is found to have provided fraudulent information, engaged in bad faith, committed malicious manipulation, or breached these terms, CAT n joy and DOG n joy reserve the right to immediately disqualify the participant without prior notice. The disqualified party shall have no recourse to seek damages or compensation.

Uncontactable Winners : If a winner cannot be reached, fails to confirm their prize, fails to provide necessary legal documentation, or fails to appear at the event within the designated schedule, it will be treated as an absolute waiver of rights. The Organizer reserves the right to dispose of or reallocate the prize at its sole discretion.
11. Taxation and Ancillary Expenses : Unless explicitly stated otherwise in writing by the Organizer, winners shall be solely responsible for all applicable withholding taxes, processing fees, travel expenses, accommodation, transportation costs, and any incidental expenses incurred in claiming or utilizing the prize.
12. Limitation of Liability : CAT n joy, DOG n joy, and the Organizer shall not be held liable for any loss, damage, personal injury, cost, expense, or liability arising directly or indirectly from campaign participation, prize claiming, travel, or the subsequent utilization of the prize, except where such damage results from willful misconduct or gross negligence on the part of the Organizer.
13. Force Majeure and Prize Substitution : In the event that a specified prize becomes unavailable, is cancelled, or cannot be supplied due to circumstances beyond the reasonable control of CAT n joy and DOG n joy, the Organizer reserves the right to substitute the prize with an alternative prize of comparable commercial value or suitability without prior notice.
